I've been a customer at Bob's Auto for a number of years. I've found them to be incredibly accommodating, honest, and thorough. Mike is great at the front desk, and always has recommendations when a vehicle owner has a situation and isn't sure where to turn. I really appreciate this business and their level of commitment to their customers.

Unbelievable service, I took my less than 3 year old Jeep to the dealer due to a check engine light and was presented with an over $800 bill for the repair. In researching alternatives, and sharing with Mike the issue, I made an appointment at Bob's Auto Service for the following week. Mike called me back a few hours later to let me know he had been researching my issue as it bothered him, and discovered my issue was in fact covered under my power train warranty. With his information the issue was covered by Jeep. I am so amazed at the extra effort Mike went to for a new customer,this was my first interaction with Bob's Auto Service, but it will not be our last! Thanks again, so appreciated!!!
